- 6 bread slices, cut in cubes
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cooked cubed ham
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the eggs and milk in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Whisk together the eggs and milk and pour over the top.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4In morning, bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes.

5Makes 8 to 10 servings.
