  • 6 bread slices, cut in cubes
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cooked cubed ham
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the eggs and milk in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Whisk together the eggs and milk and pour over the top.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    In morning, bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes.
