  • 18 slices bread (without crust)
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. cubed ham, sausage links or crisp bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Beat the eggs.

    Add the milk and salt.

    Pour over the bread cubes.

    Then add the meat and sprinkle the cheese over all.

    Let this mixture set in the refrigerator overnight.

    Bake the next morning for 1 hour at 325°.
