- 3 or 4 servings bass or Walleye fillet
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 10 to 15 Ritz crackers
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Clean and dry fish.

2Mix eggs and A.1. sauce.

3Marinate fish in sauce 10 minutes.

4Crush crackers fine and coat fish.

5Place fish fillets on oiled heavy foil.

6Bake 8 minutes at 400°.

7Turn on broiler and broil fish 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and fish are done.
