- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2-1/2 oz. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 lemon, sliced in wedges for garnish

4Arrange fish in baking dish brushed with olive oil to prevent sticking.

5Do not overlap fish, you should only have a single layer.

6Next, cover fish with breadcrumb mixture, then drizzle garlic butter over each fillet.

7Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is flakey.
