- 1 lb. haddock or scrod
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Using fish fillets, either leave in large pieces or cut into serving sizes.

2Place fish in oiled pan, and sprinkle with crackers and melted butter.

3Blend crackers and melted butter before sprinkling on fish.

4Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375°.

5If fish is thicker, bake slightly longer.
