  • 1 lb. flounder or fillets of choice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • lemon slices to garnish
  • parsley sprigs to garnish
  • 1 tsp. celery flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 c. chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar

Directions

    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

    Combine bouillon, wine vinegar, celery flakes and ginger.

    Pour over fish in pan.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
