- lemon slices to garnish
- parsley sprigs to garnish
- 1 tsp. celery flakes
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 c. chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Directions

1Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

2Combine bouillon, wine vinegar, celery flakes and ginger.

3Pour over fish in pan.

4Let stand 10 minutes.

5Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
