Baked Fish A La Mil

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 lb. fish fillets (whitefish, turbot, grouper or mullet)
- 4 fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, sliced fine
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced fine
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. fresh baked crumbs
- 1 slice Feta cheese (for each portion of fish)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put fish fillets in baking pan.

2Saute onion, pepper, garlic and tomatoes with olive oil.

3Add basil, parsley, vinegar, soy sauce, wine and bread crumbs to onion and pepper mixture.

4Season to taste.

5Spoon mixture on each fish fillet.

6Bake at 375° until fish is opaque and flakes easily.

7Top fillets with Feta cheese. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
