  • sole or perch fillets (1 pkg.), defrosted
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. diced green onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Combine butter, lemon juice, onions, salt and parsley flakes. Place single layer of fish in sprayed 8 x 11-inch baking pan. Pour mixture over and bake in preheated 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Ten minutes before finished, sprinkle paprika over fillets.
