- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. low calorie Thousand Island dressing
- lemon to taste
- paprika

1Thaw fish.

3Combine onion, mushrooms, dressing and lemon.

4Pour over fish.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
