  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. low calorie Thousand Island dressing
  • lemon to taste
  • paprika

Directions

    Thaw fish.

    Place fish in casserole dish.

    Combine onion, mushrooms, dressing and lemon.

    Pour over fish.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
