Baked Fish Roll-Ups

- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 very thin fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in small skillet.

3Cook until crisp-tender.

4Stir in bread crumbs, basil, salt and pepper.

5Mix well.

6Spread mixture on fish fillets; roll up.

7Place seam side down in 8-inch baking dish.

8Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted margarine over fish.

9Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

10Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
