Baked Fish Roll-Ups

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 very thin fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • paprika

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in small skillet.

    Cook until crisp-tender.

    Stir in bread crumbs, basil, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Spread mixture on fish fillets; roll up.

    Place seam side down in 8-inch baking dish.

    Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted margarine over fish.

    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
