Baked Fish With Salsa

- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salsa prepared sauce
Directions

1Cut fillets into serving size portions.

2Rub with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and ground pepper.

3Place fish in one layer in baking dish.

4Cover with foil and bake in 425° oven about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and spread thin layer of salsa over top.

5Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
