Baked Fish With Salsa

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salsa prepared sauce

Directions

    Cut fillets into serving size portions.

    Rub with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and ground pepper.

    Place fish in one layer in baking dish.

    Cover with foil and bake in 425° oven about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and spread thin layer of salsa over top.

    Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 6.
