- 3 lb. flounder fillets
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced chives
- parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Use a baking dish just large enough to hold fish fillets and spray dish with Pam or other no cholesterol spray.

3Rub fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper; place in dish.

4Sprinkle with tarragon.

5Cover with sour cream and bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Sprinkle with chives and parsley.

8Serve immediately.
