  • 1 can each pineapple slices, peach halves, pear halves and cherries
  • 3 bananas (about), sliced lengthwise
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • a little lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. curry
  • 1/2 c. fruit juice
  • butter

Directions

    Arrange fruit in a glass lasagne dish. Sprinkle with the brown sugar, salt, lemon juice and curry. Add the fruit juice and spot with butter.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
