  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 None apples, quartered (retain skin and core)
  • 3 None pears, quartered (retain skin and core)
  • 3 stalks rhubarb, trimmed, sliced

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Heat gently, stirring, until melted and combined. Toss with fruit then transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 mins. Serve warm.
