  • 4 Cornish hens
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

    Stuff apple and onion slices loosely in cavity of game hens.

    Put hens on a rack in shallow baking pan.

    Mix butter and soy sauce.

    Brush on hens.

    Bake, uncovered at 350 for 60 minutes, or until juices run clear.

    Baste occasionally.
