Baked Garlic

- 6 heads garlic
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Remove the papery outer skins from the garlic, leaving the cloves intact.

3Arrange the heads in a baking dish just large enough to hold them.

4Add oil and chicken stock to dish and set in the middle of the oven.

5Bake 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes or so until golden brown.

6Serve immediately. Squeeze on French bread or Melba toast.
