  • 1 pkg. Town House crackers, crushed
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 to 2 packs haddock
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • milk
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley

Directions

    Add milk and salt in a bowl.

    Dip fish in milk; dip in crushed crackers.

    Line pan with tinfoil.

    Place fish in pan; sprinkle with spices.

    Pour melted butter on top.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Cover with foil; bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

    Remove top foil; bake 15 minutes more.
