- 1 onion (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 to 2 packs haddock
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- milk
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Add milk and salt in a bowl.

2Dip fish in milk; dip in crushed crackers.

3Line pan with tinfoil.

4Place fish in pan; sprinkle with spices.

5Pour melted butter on top.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Cover with foil; bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

8Remove top foil; bake 15 minutes more.
