- 6 to 8 lb. shank portion
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
Directions

1Bake ham according to instructions on package; usually 350° for 20 minutes per pound.

2Mix brown sugar, mustard and cloves and pour over top and sides of ham.

3Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more.

4Let sit 30 minutes before slicing.

5Refrigerate leftovers for another meal or to make sandwiches.
