- Smithfield smoked ham (butt portion)
- 1 jar whole cherries
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- crushed cloves
- 1 c. brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Wash ham well.

2Place in large roasting pan.

3Slice into skin of ham 1 inch apart, turning ham once.

4Salt and pepper well.

5Pat on 1 cup brown sugar and spices.

6With toothpicks, put cherries and pineapple decoratively.

7Add more crushed cloves to top. Partially cover ham 1/2 time.

8Bake at 325° to 350° for 30 to 35 minutes per pound.

9Slice and serve.
