Baked Ham Roll-Ups

  • 1 1/2 c. ground ham
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can Cheddar soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk

    Combine ham, celery and mayonnaise in bowl.

    Mix well.

    Brush 1 side bread slices with butter.

    Spread with ham mixture.

    Roll as for jelly roll.

    Secure with toothpicks.

    Arrange rolls on cookie sheets.

    Brush with remaining butter.

    Bake in 425° oven for 12 minutes.

    Mix soup and milk in saucepan.
