  • 1 bunch of kale, rinsed and dried, ribs and stems removed, leaves torn into large pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 300 degrees .

    Make sure the kale is thoroughly dry then toss it with the olive oil in a large bowl, and sprinkle with salt.

    Arrange the leaves in a single layer on two large baking sheets.

    Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.

    Place the baking sheet on a rack to cool.
