- 1 lb. rippled edge lasagna
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheese
Directions

1Saute meat in olive oil.

2Add spaghetti sauce and 1 can of water.

3Cook 15 minutes on the stove.

4Season to taste.

5Cook lasagna with oil.

6Mix cottage cheese, cheese and 4 eggs.

7Put in casserole.

8Layer sauce and lasagna.

9Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

10Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
