  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) La Rosa ribbed lasagna (this kind doesn't stick)
  • 1 lb. dry Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Directions

    In large skillet, saute ground beef.

    Drain excess fat.

    Add spaghetti sauce, onion salt and garlic.

    Simmer 20 minutes.

    Cook lasagna according to package.
