- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 (16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Brown meat; drain off fat.

2Add oregano and salt; simmer 5 minutes.

3Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.

4Cook 10 minutes.

5Boil lasagna in salted water for 5 minutes.

6Combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper; blend well.

7Layer half the lasagna in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture.

8Add 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese, then 1/2 the sauce mixture.

9Repeat the layers, ending with sauce on top.

10Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
