  • 1 lb. can tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 (12 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown meat slowly; add next 6 ingredients to meat.

    Simmer until ingredients thicken, stirring occasionally.
