  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 cup unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

    Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish.

    Mix together the other ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts.

    Turn to coat other side.

    Bake at 180deg C for about 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
