Baked Lemon Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 3 slice Cucumber
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fish Seasoning
  • 2 Sweet peppers
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 small Tilapia

Directions

    Place the Fish on a piece of foil paper and squeeze the lemmon on both sides.

    Mix the ingredients in a bowl

    Brush both sides of the fish with mixed ingredients and place the slices of cucumber on it.

    Wrap the fish with the foil and marinate for an hour
  5. 5
    Preheat the oven to 175C.

    Place in the oven for 12 minutes and flip to the other side for 12 minutes.

    Allow to cool and serve with sweet peppers to taste.
