- 2 lb. haddock fillets
- 1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Cut fish into serving size pieces.

2Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
