- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mash potatoes; add margarine, salts, cream and cream cheese. Put into a large casserole.

2Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours or overnight.

3Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350°.
