- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. butter *
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- optional toppings: sauteed mushrooms or melted butter with cracker crumbs
Directions

1Peel and cook potatoes.

2Blend hot potatoes with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper on low speed, then on high speed until light and fluffy.
