  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. butter *
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • optional toppings: sauteed mushrooms or melted butter with cracker crumbs

    Blend hot potatoes with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper on low speed, then on high speed until light and fluffy.
