- 6 -7 large potatoes
- 12 lb mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 3 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
- 18 lb hard salami, minced
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Peel the potatoes and cut into 1-inch chunks.

2Boil until tender and drain.

3Mash potatoes and add 6 T of the butter and then the milk.

4Stir and whip until potatoes are smooth.

5Add mozzarella, romano cheese and salami.

6Stir to blend.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Use 1 T of the remaining butter to grease the bottom and sides of a high-sided casserole dish.

9Coat the bottom and sides with breadcrumbs.

10Spoon potato mixture into the dish and dot the top with the butter.

11Bake at 350 degrees until the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.

12Be careful - this dish is very hot when it comes out of the oven.
