Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Combine milk and crumbs.

2Add ground meats, onion, sugar, salt and egg.

3Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and add to meat mixture; mix thoroughly.

4Shape into 24 meatballs in a shallow baking pan.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then pour off drippings. Spread soup over meatballs and continue to bake for around 45 minutes.
