  • 1 c. washed millet
  • 2 c. vanilla soy milk or add 2 Tbsp. vanilla to plain
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. medium coconut
  • 3 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart baking dish that has been oiled.
