- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add flour and stir until frothy.

3Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.

4Add salt.

5Separate eggs.

6Beat whites until stiff.

7Place egg yolks in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and beat. Slowly add cream sauce which has been cooled slightly.

8Fold in beaten egg whites.

9Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
