Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, brown and drain
  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mushrooms

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and beat well.

    Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add sausage, mushrooms, cheese and egg mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until eggs set in center.

    Cut in squares and serve.
