  • 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (okay to omit)

Directions

    Gradually add flour to eggs, beating with rotary beater.

    Stir in milk, melted butter and salt.

    Grease a 9 or 10-inch skillet; bake in oven (450°) for 20 minutes.

    Cut into wedges and serve with hot fruit sauce or syrup.
