- 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt (okay to omit)
Directions

1Gradually add flour to eggs, beating with rotary beater.

2Stir in milk, melted butter and salt.

3Grease a 9 or 10-inch skillet; bake in oven (450°) for 20 minutes.

4Cut into wedges and serve with hot fruit sauce or syrup.
