Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 12 cup half-and-half
- 34 cup marinara sauce
- 34 lb penne pasta
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon dried rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated (for topping)
Directions

1Boil 4 quarts of water.

2Heat large frying pan and add oil, beef, and garlic.

3Saute until meat is tender and drain excess fat.

4Add all remaining ingredients except the mozzarella and pasta.

5Simmer the mixture while pasta cooks in water until al dente.

6Drain pasta and mix it with the sauce.

7Pour all into a 3 quart baking dish and then top with mozzarella.

8Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
