- 4 medium or 2 large ripe peaches
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cut peaches in half; remove pits.

2Place, cut side up, on heavy-duty aluminum foil large enough to be folded and sealed.

3In bowl, combine sour cream, brown sugar, spices and vanilla.

4Top peach halves with mixture.

5Bring together sides of foil, sealing all edges well to make an airtight packet.

6Place packet of peaches over coals of a grill or in a preheated 375° oven; bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until peaches are soft and sugar in topping has melted.

7Open foil packet; let peaches cool slightly.

8Serve warm.
