  • 1- 1/2 cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 whole Egg Whites
  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Skinned

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    In a large bowl combine pecans, parsley, salt, and chili powder.

    In another bowl add the egg whites.

    Place one chicken breast into the egg whites and coat each side.

    Then place in the pecan mixture, making sure its well coated on each side.

    Place all chicken breasts on a greased sheet and cook for 22-25 minutes.
