- shrimp (leave shells on)
- butter
- black pepper
- lemon juice (use fresh lemons)
Directions

1For each pound of shrimp, use 1/4 pound butter and 3 to 4 teaspoons pepper and juice of one lemon.

2Place shrimp one layer deep in glass baking dish.

3Evenly cover with pats of butter, pepper and lemon juice.

4Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

5Serve in baking dish, letting each person remove shrimp shells; messy but delicious!
