Ingredients
- 12 whole bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. leftover baked ham
- 1 cut up onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 loaf French bread or 3 or 4 slices white bread
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry ground meat until brown.

2Drain off fat.

3Cook onion, celery and green peppers in water until tender, 15 or 20 minutes. Soak French bread or white bread in milk or water to soften.

4Beat eggs well and add all ingredients together.

5Salt and pepper.

6Cut peppers in half.

7Add filling.

8Add small amount water to large baking pan.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

10Until firm and brown.
