  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • cinnamon and butter to dot top of casserole before baking

    Butter an 8 x 8-inch casserole.

    Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add to beaten eggs.

    Mix in pineapple.

    Dot with butter and cinnamon.
