  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice, drained, reserving 3 Tbsp. pineapple jucie
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and juice; heat over low heat until some of the sugar melts.

    Stir in pineapple and cheese.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, place the crushed crackers on top and drizzle margarine over the crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
