  • 1 can (20 Oz.) Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 cups Cold Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together pineapple, sugar, flour, water, eggs, and vanilla.

    Pour into the baking dish.

    Chop the butter into small pieces and dot the top of the mixture. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
