  • 1 can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • miniature marshmallows

Directions

    In casserole dish, layer pineapple and cream cheese.

    In double boiler, mix flour, sugar, egg and juice.

    Cook until thick. Pour over pineapple and cream cheese.

    Top with marshmallows. Cook in 350° oven for 15 minutes or until it bubbles good.
