Baked Pineapple

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks and juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Drain juice from pineapple into pan.

    Bring to boil. Gradually add sugar, starch and salt.

    Stir constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Add butter and pineapple.

    Put in buttered casserole. Bake at 375° until brown.
