Baked Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 5 to 6 slices bread (crusts off), cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Add pineapple. Stir in bread.

    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

    (If you use Pyrex, reduce heat to 325°.)
