- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 5 to 6 slices bread (crusts off), cut into 1-inch cubes
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Add pineapple. Stir in bread.

4Bake in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

5(If you use Pyrex, reduce heat to 325°.)
