Baked Pineapple Stuffing

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Stir in drained pineapple. Fold in bread.

    Pour in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. Good hot or cold with ham.
