- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. sauerkraut, bagged
- 6 oz. junior baby food, apples or pears
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Heat oil in large skillet (ovenproof) over medium heat.

3Add pork chops, cook 2 minutes on each side (turn only once) until lightly browned.

4Remove skillet from heat, remove pork chops to a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
