- 4 to 6 thick pork chops
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Using a flameproof, ovenproof covered casserole, brown the salted chops in oil.

2Cover with rice.

3Combine soup and milk and pour over rice, making sure all rice is moistened.

4Cover tightly.

5Bake in a 350° oven for one hour.
